By accessing or purchasing from The Win Blueprint L.L.C., you agree to the following Terms:

1. Payment & Refund

• All payments are non-refundable.
• Payment plans must be completed in full.
• Chargebacks incur a $50 fee and collection follow-up.

2. Program Access

• 1-Year Facebook group access
• 8-week one-on-one mentorship
• Monthly educational classes and investor tools
• Mastermind Bus Tours (2 included)

3. Behavior Expectations

Unethical, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program with no refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials are owned by The Win Blueprint and may not be copied, shared, or sold.

5. No Guarantees

Program participation does not guarantee results or income. This is not legal or investment advice.

6. Termination

Access may be revoked at any time for violation of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California state law.
