Deposit, Rate Lock & Financial Readiness
By submitting your deposit, you are securing and locking in the current program rate for a period of six (6) months from the date of payment (“Rate Lock Period”). You must begin your course within this six-month period.
If you fail to commence the course within the Rate Lock Period, your deposit will be deemed forfeited as liquidated damages for holding your spot and preventing enrollment opportunities for other mentees. No portion of the forfeited deposit will be applied toward future enrollment.
Should you choose to enroll at a later date after the expiration of the Rate Lock Period, you will be required to remit the full balance of the program at the then-current rate in effect at the time of re-enrollment. Your previous deposit will not be credited toward any future payments.
All mentees are pre-vetted prior to enrollment to ensure they are in a financially capable position to participate in the program, which includes, but is not limited to, a questionnaire review of financial readiness and credit scores.
If, after enrollment, a mentee’s financial condition or credit score is diminished or impaired for any reason such that the course must be paused due to ineligibility to qualify for lending, the program will hold the mentee’s spot for a maximum period of six (6) months (“Financial/Credit Readiness Hold Period”).
If the mentee is not in a position to resume the course within the Financial/Credit Readiness Hold Period, all amounts previously paid shall be deemed forfeited, and the mentee must re-enroll and pay the full balance of the program at the then-current rate in order to restart the course.
No Refunds. All deposits and program payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
